People Connect is headed by Sarjeev Sethi (an alumni of Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, New Delhi - 1996 batch), Founder and CEO. Sarjeev has worked in different sectors including Sales & Marketing, FMCG, IT, Banking, ITES, Investment Banking, Insurance and HR Consulting.

He started his Career as a consultant with KSA Technopak (a subsidiary of Kurt Salmon Associates, USA) a leading Business Consulting firm in India. He then went on to be a part of the start-up team at Nicholson International India Pvt Ltd (A leading UK based Executive Search firm) and spent three and half years as the Head of Indian Operations. His last role was with EXL Services a leading organization in the ITES sector in India, as Manager Migration based out of US. He was instrumental in establishing the complete Knowledge Management Business for EXL.

His passion for being in the HR industry made him set up his own Executive Search firm in the year 2003 called People Connect, based out of New Delhi.

Over the past five years People Connect has gained a reputation of being a focused search firm with a quick and successful turnaround on the various assignments.

Sarjeev spends significant amount of his time in counseling professionals at both Senior and Middle management levels on areas which directly involve their career growth plans, their relationships at different levels within the organization. He also helps them resolve several issues related to their individual and teams performance.
